The Stübben Neoprene Girth Coolmax Short with elastic is a contoured short girth for saddles with long girth straps, such as dressage saddles. Neoprene on the outside, a moisture-wicking Coolmax lining on the inside and elastic at both ends. A practical girth for riders who ride every day and want a girth that simply rinses clean with water after use.
About this girth
This girth combines two materials. The outside is smooth neoprene, soft, supple and quick to clean. On the inside, against the coat, is a Coolmax lining. Coolmax is a technical fabric that draws moisture away from the surface so it does not stay in the girth.
Both ends have three-layer elastic. That makes girthing up easier: the girth gives a little while you tighten the buckles step by step. According to Stübben, the anatomical shape and the elastic provide freedom of movement and even pressure distribution.
The girth has a single D-ring, so you can attach training aids easily. The buckles are stainless steel. Because there is no leather on the girth, no leather care is needed: wiping it down or rinsing it with water is enough. Stübben intends it for daily use and for competitions.
